Descrizione delle Scene
Le sei illustrazioni ritraggono momenti diversi della vita dei fuorilegge:
1.Briganti assetati ad una fontana (in alto a sinistra): Mostra un gruppo di briganti che si dissetano insieme al loro bestiame presso un fontanile.
2.Frascatana rapita dai Briganti (in alto a destra): Raffigura il rapimento di una donna di Frascati da parte di una banda armata.
3.Famiglia di Briganti giocando a morra (al centro a sinistra): I briganti sono ritratti in un momento di riposo all’interno di una grotta, impegnati nel tradizionale gioco della morra con le proprie famiglie.
4.Briganti contando il denaro rubato (al centro a destra): La banda viene mostrata mentre divide il bottino accumulato durante le loro scorribande.
5.Briganti assaliti dalla forza armata (in basso a sinistra): Rappresenta uno scontro a fuoco in cui i briganti vengono sorpresi dai gendarmi.
6.Gendarmi pontifici in perquisizione (in basso a destra): Gendarmi dello Stato Pontificio perquisiscono una fattoria romana alla ricerca di briganti nascosti tra il fieno.
