In base alla loro disposizione nell’immagine, ecco i soggetti principali identificati:
1)Piazza San Pietro: Una veduta classica della basilica e del colonnato, spesso attribuita a incisori come Pietro Ruga (1824) o pubblicata in edizioni del 1872.
2) People's Square: Ripresa dalla sommità del Pincio, questa incisione compare frequentemente in raccolte come “L’Italie” di Audot del 1834-1837.
3) Piazza del Campidoglio: La scalinata verso la Chiesa di Aracoeli e i palazzi capitolini sono soggetti iconici ripresi da vari artisti, tra cui Giovanni Battista Piranesi.
4)Trinità dei Monti: La veduta di Piazza di Spagna con la scalinata verso la chiesa è un’incisione su acciaio del 1855 dei fratelli Rouargue, tratta da “Voyage Pittoresque en Italie”.
5) Il Pantheon: Rappresentazione esterna del monumento e della piazza, databile intorno al 1835-1850.
6) Casa di Salvator Rosa: Situata in Via Gregoriana, questa veduta è spesso inclusa nelle opere di Audot pubblicate tra il 1835 e il 1837.
7) Isola Farnese (Antica Veii): Raffigura i ruderi e il borgo medievale nel contado dell’antica città etrusca.
8) Casa di Raffaello in Via dei Coronari: Un’incisione che mostra lo scorcio di questa storica via romana, anch’essa parte della serie di Audot.
