Christian Wilhelm Allers (1857-1915) was a well-known German draughtsman, painter and illustrator, famous for his naturalistic and realistic style.
After studying at the Kunstakademie in Karlsruhe, Allers published several collections of prints, including the famous Club Eintracht in 1888. His artistic career took him all over the world, including living in Capri.
